* feat(dataset): 2xfaster dataloader

* fix(dataset): streaming return uint8 decode

* fix(tests): adjust normalization step comparison

* fix(dataset): with threadexecutor + False default

* chore(dataset): make it a config

* fix(test): account for uint8 in training path testing
